Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test innovative software solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging existing codebases to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze data trends to support business strategy and product development.
- Document technical processes and create comprehensive user guides for internal tools.
- Support the deployment of new features and perform routine system maintenance under supervision.
- Attend professional development workshops and networking events hosted by the company.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for on-site roles).
