Responsibilities
- Assist the technical recruiting team in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules for open positions.
- Support the SEO team in keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy analysis.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain candidate databases.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO concepts and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
