Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and product teams in coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Support the customer success team by resolving technical inquiries and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal processes and workflows.
- Attend internal training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and user guides.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Graduate degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid student status for the duration of the internship.
