Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and document management.
- Conduct market research and compile weekly reports for management review.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders via email and phone.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Support special projects as directed by senior supervisors.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/on-site hybrid setting.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Must be available to start immediately for Summer/Fall start dates.
