Responsibilities
- Assist the project management team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in team meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare meeting summaries.
- Support the development of marketing materials and social media content.
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to senior management.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard software and tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of data analysis or digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week during summer break.
