Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications.
- Conduct data analysis and create comprehensive reports to support business decision-making.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile development meetings.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing) to resolve technical issues.
- Perform code reviews and unit testing to ensure product quality and stability.
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (Python, Java, JavaScript, or C# preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting.
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
