Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with daily technical support and troubleshooting tasks.
- Participate in software development projects under senior developer guidance.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business decisions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Senior level).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
