Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the team with daily administrative tasks and project execution to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Collaboration: Work alongside senior staff on various projects, contributing ideas and supporting implementation.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends and assist in preparing reports for management review.
- Event Assistance: Support the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months (June through August).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of CRM software.
- Reliability: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Educational Benefit: Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
