Metro Growth Partners is currently urgently hiring for our Summer Internship Program. We are seeking motivated students who are ready to accelerate their careers in a fast-paced environment. While our primary hub is in Louisville, we support operations extending into the broader Ohio region.

Responsibilities
- Assist the senior management team with daily operations and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and analyze local business trends in Kentucky and Ohio.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate digital records for the department.
- Support client relations and assist in preparing business proposals.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Develop and present a final capstone project by the end of the summer.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Valid driver’s license (for occasional local travel).
- High school diploma or equivalent (for entry-level positions).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
