Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions.
- Assist in the debugging and optimization of existing codebases to improve performance and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Engage in research and development to identify new tools and technologies that can drive business value.
- Support the deployment of applications to production environments under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts (e.g., OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms).
- Familiarity with at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the Summer/Fall semester.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment.
