Responsibilities
- Assist the development and operations teams in coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
- Analyze user data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Support the IT infrastructure with basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) preferred.
- Familiarity with basic programming languages (Python, Java, or C#) or data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
