- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support business decisions.
- Support the marketing department with content creation and social media management.
- Participate in team meetings and prepare meeting notes and action items.
- Manage schedules and coordinate logistics for upcoming company events.
- Help maintain filing systems and digital databases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program seeking a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
