Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and communications team in executing digital campaigns and managing social media channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business decision-making.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations summarizing research findings for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operational workflows.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials, blog posts, and content calendars.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for brand growth.
- Attend training sessions and shadow senior staff to enhance professional development.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Strong interest in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
