Responsibilities
- Assist the SEO team in conducting keyword research and analyzing market trends in the Washington DC and Pennsylvania markets.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support business strategy.
- Update and maintain internal databases and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and campaigns.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Information Technology.
- Strong interest in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Technical Recruiting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work part-time during the summer months.
