Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and testing of web applications and software solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding project progress.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to commute to our Washington, D.C. office or work from our Virginia location.
- Passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
