Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with data entry, ticket resolution, and system maintenance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues reported during peak weekend hours.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on software applications and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure weekend projects are delivered on time.
- Update project documentation and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly intern training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate student).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Python is a plus.
