Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with social media content creation, scheduling, and community management on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Conduct keyword research and basic SEO tasks to improve website visibility and ranking for local Indianapolis searches.
- Manage and update the internal CRM database with candidate information and track outreach efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and candidates via email and phone during weekend shifts.
- Analyze weekly performance metrics and prepare simple reports for the marketing manager.
- Collaborate with the full-time team on special weekend projects and event coordination.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Information Technology).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
