Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems during weekend operations.
- Monitor server health and perform routine system checks and backups.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of weekend corporate events and webinars.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to update project documentation and logs.
- Conduct research on emerging tech trends to help improve internal processes.
- Manage incoming inquiries via support tickets with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
