Responsibilities
- Assist with weekend system maintenance, updates, and data entry tasks.
- Provide technical support and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize daily workflows.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing operational activities and metrics.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to our projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit eligible).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Python is a plus.
