Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with data entry, reporting, and database management to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Monitor and update inventory systems and digital assets during peak weekend hours.
- Conduct preliminary market research and compile weekly performance summaries for the management team.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support project transitions and weekend event logistics.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops.
- Identify process improvements and suggest creative solutions to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
