Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend team in managing daily operational workflows and logistics.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate digital records for ongoing projects.
- Provide technical support and customer service to visitors and staff during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in supply chain coordination.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) during the summer months.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of IT systems or customer service principles.
