Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical support tickets during weekend shifts.
- Monitor and maintain internal systems to ensure 99.9% uptime for our clients.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on newly deployed software features.
- Collaborate with the development team to document bugs and feature requests.
- Manage and organize project documentation and digital assets.
- Participate in weekend team stand-ups and training sessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in software development, technical support, or network administration.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) for the Summer/Fall session.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Python is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
