Responsibilities
- Support the weekend operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Assist in coordinating and executing weekend client events and internal meetings.
- Monitor and update project management dashboards to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding project updates.
- Conduct research and prepare weekly reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, IT, or related field.
- Available to work a minimum of 12 hours per weekend.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
