Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal software systems during weekend shifts.
- Assist in the collection, entry, and verification of data batches.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders via ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and document weekend operational bottlenecks.
- Update project logs and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Ensure all compliance and safety protocols are followed strictly.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
