Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of weekend marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends and optimize content strategy.
- Conduct market research to support strategic planning for both the Philadelphia and Virginia markets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery during peak weekend hours.
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and client communication.
- Support the creation of weekly reports and presentations for department heads.
- Attend weekly intern workshops to enhance professional skills and networking.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and basic Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local events in Philadelphia).
