Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with weekend project execution and data management.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues during shift hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure weekend project goals are met.
- Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients visiting the office or contacting support channels.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Graduate degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
