Responsibilities
- Execute Weekend Operations: Oversee daily tasks and workflow processes during weekend shifts to ensure seamless execution.
- Data Management: Accurately input, analyze, and maintain large sets of data using internal software tools.
- Support & Collaboration: Assist senior analysts with reporting and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of work outputs to ensure high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in weekend operations and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Education Level: Junior or Senior standing preferred, or recent graduate.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
