Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend technical support team in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for clients.
- Monitor system performance and maintain accurate logs during weekend shifts.
- Conduct on-site audits and perform data entry for ongoing marketing projects.
- Collaborate with full-time staff to ensure seamless execution of weekend campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer and fall.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, office software, and internet protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
