Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and develop solutions
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders
- Support weekend system testing and documentation for ongoing projects
- Research industry trends and recommend innovative process enhancements
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) during weekend shifts
- Shadow senior analysts to understand strategic decision-making frameworks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Availability for 20-30 hours per week on Saturdays/Sundays
