Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of weekend operational tasks and workflows.
- Monitor system performance and report technical anomalies to the senior team.

- Update and maintain project documentation and internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with full-time staff to streamline weekend processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior status).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Chicago, IL.
