Responsibilities
- Assist in cross-functional projects spanning marketing, IT, and operations departments
- Support weekend customer service initiatives and client relationship management
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis using digital tools
- Collaborate with teams to execute weekend marketing campaigns and events
- Update and maintain project documentation and databases
- Participate in weekly innovation workshops and strategy sessions
- Shadow senior professionals to understand industry best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work full weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 8AM-4PM)
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
