Responsibilities
- Assist in daily weekend store operations: Support the team in executing sales, service, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and assist in the receiving and organization of merchandise.
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain attractive displays and follow merchandising standards to drive sales.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and peers to complete daily operational goals.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in keeping the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
