Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team in maintaining a seamless workflow and efficient office environment.
- Support the execution of technical projects and software testing under senior supervision.
- Conduct market research and compile data for internal reporting and presentations.
- Provide customer support and answer inquiries via phone and email during business hours.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy data retrieval.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend team events and team-building activities.
- Learn and utilize CRM software to track project milestones and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn new technologies and processes with a proactive attitude.
- Demonstrated reliability and a professional work ethic.
