Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems and client infrastructure
- Assist in deploying and monitoring cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure)
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend system maintenance
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Support hardware/software troubleshooting for remote teams
- Contribute to automation script development for routine tasks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)

- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
