Responsibilities
- Support weekend operations with flexible scheduling (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Assist in data analysis and reporting for client projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development
- Participate in innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns and social media content
- Document processes and update project documentation
- Attend weekly mentorship sessions with senior executives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in Business, Tech, Marketing, or related field
- Availability for weekend shifts (minimum 12 hours/week)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Team player with adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
