Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the senior operations team with daily logistics and weekend workflows to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain project files, databases, and records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional support and communication to clients and visitors during peak weekend hours.
- Project Assistance: Participate in ongoing projects by conducting research, compiling reports, and preparing presentation materials.
- Team Collaboration: Attend weekly team syncs and contribute fresh ideas to improve team efficiency and project outcomes.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or technical issues to the IT department immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (undergraduate students welcome).
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently during the summer months.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
