Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination, setup, and execution of weekend events and daily operations.
- Monitor and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and filing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and communication.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and brand image at all times.
- Provide support to the operations manager during high-traffic weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (High school diploma/GED required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn new concepts.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet navigation).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
