Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to guests and visitors during peak weekend hours.
- Assist in the daily operations of the facility, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support special events and promotions occurring on weekends.
- Attend weekly intern training sessions and complete assigned coursework for college credit.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be able to receive college credit for this internship position.
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (weekend shifts only).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
