Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with daily administrative tasks and data management.
- Monitor project progress and report key metrics to the management team on weekends.
- Support internal communications and coordinate with various departments.
- Conduct research on industry trends to provide actionable insights.
- Assist in the troubleshooting of basic technical issues and system maintenance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure all documentation is updated and accurately filed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Summer/Fall start).
- Strong interest in Information Technology or Business Operations.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
