What You'll Do:
As a Summer Intern, you will assist our team in maintaining high service standards and optimizing operational workflows during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for weekend customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital documentation and internal databases.
- Monitor system performance logs and report any anomalies to the senior engineering team.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to gather weekend user feedback for campaign analysis.
- Participate in weekly intern shadowing sessions and team stand-up meetings.
- Help troubleshoot hardware and software issues for on-site weekend events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Available to work a minimum of 12 hours per weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
