Responsibilities
- Assist with weekend event setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage social media channels and assist in creating engaging content for weekend promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to our weekend clientele.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for the department.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for upcoming summer campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
- Available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
