The Role
You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless weekend coverage, manage social media content, and assist in data analysis projects.
Responsibilities
- Content Management: Assist in curating and scheduling social media posts and blog content during weekend shifts.
- SEO Support: Conduct keyword research and help optimize web pages for better search engine visibility.
- Client Coordination: Support the sales and account management teams during weekend client calls and meetings.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of marketing metrics and weekly performance reports.
- Event Support: Help coordinate and execute local marketing events in the Nashville and Virginia regions.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage inbox communications and prepare presentation materials for internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior, Senior, or Graduate level preferred).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) during the summer months.
- Strong understanding of basic digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
