Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift projects in software development or data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product initiatives
- Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge base
- Participate in weekly innovation sprints and hackathons
- Present project outcomes to senior leadership
- Maintain code quality using industry-standard practices
- Support QA testing and debugging processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's program (STEM/Business preferred)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio/GitHub demonstrating relevant projects
- Authorization to work in the US
- Experience with version control (Git)
