Responsibilities
- Support weekend operations for cloud infrastructure and data systems
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies
- Document technical procedures and create user documentation
- Participate in weekend sprint planning and retrospectives
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Contribute to innovation workshops with senior engineers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-5pm)
- Basic proficiency in Python or JavaScript
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must have reliable transportation to Omaha location
