Responsibilities
- Support Weekend Operations: Assist the team in executing daily tasks and ensuring project milestones are met during weekend shifts.
- Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data to provide actionable insights for the department.
- Project Coordination: Help coordinate between different teams to ensure alignment on upcoming weekend projects.
- Client Interaction: Provide support in communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding project status.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in current workflows and suggest efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (High School diploma/GED accepted for specific tracks).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and web-based tools.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
