Key Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with data entry, organization, and administrative support during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Support client-facing activities by providing professional customer service and support.
- Maintain and update internal databases and records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for weekend events and projects.
- Shadow senior staff to gain insight into project management and workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Information Technology).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check.
