Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with data entry, filing, and administrative support tasks.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support ongoing summer projects.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to team leads and stakeholders.
- Support client relations by handling inquiries and coordinating schedules for weekend events.
- Participate in weekly training sessions focused on professional development and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the PA team via virtual meetings to ensure seamless weekend coverage.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (undergraduate or graduate).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Passion for learning and professional growth.
