Responsibilities
- Assist the technical support team with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Perform weekly data entry and database maintenance with a focus on accuracy.
- Support weekend customer service operations and handle inquiries via phone and email.
- Collaborate with senior staff to streamline daily workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Conduct routine system checks and prepare reports on operational performance.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior).
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web maintenance tools is a plus.
