Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with administrative workflows and project coordination.
- Interact with clients and customers to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional support.
- Conduct research and compile data for weekly performance reports.
- Support the marketing team in managing social media channels and content calendars.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in company databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Help coordinate logistics for upcoming summer and fall events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Business, IT, Marketing, or Communications preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of internet technologies and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
