Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of server infrastructure and network systems during weekend shifts.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees and clients.
- Perform routine data entry, system backups, and software updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system to improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify areas for process improvement.
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss project progress and internship goals.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to our business operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
